※注意事項 Notes：
  • 密碼長度為7到13個字元。
    The password character length are between 7 to 13.
  • 密碼不可全是數字或字母。
    The password can not be all numerical or alphabetical.
  • 帳號與密碼不可相同。
    The password can not be the same as the account.
※忘記密碼 Forget Password：
  • 如果忘記密碼請攜帶學生證或教職員證至圖資處資訊網路組辦理。
    If you have forgotten your password, bring your student ID or staff ID card to process in the Library and Information Department, Internet Information Section.
  • 若無法前來請傳真至(07)6578085
    If you are unable to site processing, please fax to (07) 6578085
  • 畢業生具備任一有身分證號碼(駕照,健保卡)證件傳真或親自辦理。
    If you are graduates, you need to provide certificates with ID card number (Driver's license, Health insurance card) by fax or site processing.
